This activity has been planned and
implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint
sponsorship of the American College of Cardiology Foundation and the Ohio
Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.
The American College of Cardiology Foundation is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The ACCF designates this educational activity for a maximum of 6 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). Physicians should only claim credits commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Nurses

the American Nurses Credentialing Centers Commission on Accreditation.
